Rubber Goods Testing Process:
Each rubber good we test goes through a six-step process to meet ASTM standards and maintain OSHA compliance. Here’s what you can expect:
2. Washing
Each item is machine and hand-washed to remove dirt and the old certification stamp.
4. Dielectric Testing
Each item is tested according to ASTM standards.
6. Shipping & Record Keeping
A detailed test report for each item is sent with the order, and we keep a copy at our test lab.
Rubber Goods Testing Schedules
Our testing schedule ensures compliance and reliability for all rubber-insulating equipment. Note that state regulations or company policies may recommend more frequent testing.

*All dielectric equipment should be tested before first use, if any defect is suspected, and after repair. Per OSHA, insulating gloves that have been tested but not yet issued for service may not be placed into service unless electrically tested within the previous 12 months.
